On 25 November, 2022, the Hong Kong PropTech Alliance hosted its inaugural PropTech Forum in partnership with the Construction Industry Council (CIC) at Centricity Flex. The event featured guest speakers from CIC who discussed the latest PropTech/ConTech advancements, including Multi-trade Integrated Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MiMEP) and Building Information Modelling for Facility Management (BIM for FM).

Over 70 representatives from 14 Alliance members attended the well-received event, which included an interactive Q&A session. At the close of the forum, CIC invited Alliance members to sign a Construction Digitalisation Charter, demonstrating their commitment to enhancing safety, quality, speed, and efficiency in construction projects and processes.
