On 8 January 2024, Hongkong Land and Sino Group, the co-chairs of the Hong Kong PropTech Alliance, successfully organized the PropTech Alliance Meetup with Housing Bureau. The event was honored by the presence of Ms. Winnie Ho, the Secretary for Housing of Hong Kong. More than 30 representatives from 9 Alliance members, including Airport Authority Hong Kong, CLP, Great Eagle Group, Hines, Hongkong Land, MTR, Nan Fung, New World, and Sino Group, attended the meetup.

During the event, the participants shared their innovative projects and insights on property technology applications within their respective companies. The topics covered various aspects, such as the use of AI and IoT in property management, energy efficiency, waste management etc., with a strong focus on sustainability and ESG across the board.

The meetup provided an invaluable platform for industry leaders to collaborate, exchange successful use cases, and foster innovation in the PropTech sector in Hong Kong.
